• Pilot project - UP South Campus digitally mapped
• Water- and Electricity Meters mapped and anomalies with Municipal Accounts identified
• Tree mapping procedures established

Actions items underway:

• Presentation to the Senate for approval of the Center
• Automation of processes (Signage, Furniture, Drawings, Venue Booking requests, etc.)
• Centralised UP server - design architecture underway (house common data environment) 

Action items to do:

• Establish a Centre within the University structures
• Maturing Data and Digital Twin
• Mapping of existing infrastructure
• Data Centralisation and optimisation
